The International Silent Book Contest 2026 is organized by the Italian publisher Carthusia Edizioni. This competition is open to illustrators of any nationality over the age of 18. Participants are invited to create and submit a silent book - an illustrated book without words that tells a story through images alone. The subject is open and not restricted to any age group. Entries must be submitted as a digital file in PDF format.
- Entry Fee: The entry fee is 60 €.
- Prize: The winning book project of the Silent Book Contest 2026 will be published by Carthusia Edizioni. The author will sign a regular publishing contract and receive a cash prize of 2,700 € as an advance on royalties.
