John Monash Scholarships recognize excellence and leadership and celebrate one of Australia’s finest leaders: General Sir John Monash. Scholarships are awarded annually to outstanding Australian graduates to support them with postgraduate study at the world’s best universities. Successful applicants have demonstrated excellence in their field, and leadership potential, and are motivated to contribute to a better Australia.
Eligibility Criteria for John Monash Scholarships 2027:
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
- Applicant must have completed or is about to complete a bachelor's degree in an Australian university.
- Applicant must be enrolling in an overseas university in the year following the year he/she applies.
- Applicants must argue the strengths of their selected program, and school, and how they are uniquely suited to advance in their chosen area.
Application Process:
Interested candidates must submit an online application to be considered for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
The successful candidates will receive up to AUD 100,000 per year ,up to a maximum of $300,000 AUD over three years, for tuition, living expenses and related costs, plus travel support.
Note: Applicants are expected to act in a way that reflects well on their role as a representative of the Foundation and its backers. This means they should avoid participating in any actions that could damage the Foundation's good name..
