- Academic Record: Possessing a minimum high school certificate and equivalent, with an excellent academic record and strong motivation to study in France.
- Letter of Acceptance: Holding a letter of acceptance from a French higher education institution for the 2021/2022 academic year under the French Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.
- Scholarship Status: Not currently receiving or will not receive any scholarships from other parties.
