Excellence Scholarship Program - Social Coverage Scholarships (BCS)

Introduction to the Program

The Franco-Moroccan Excellence Scholarship Program for French Grande Écoles is a joint initiative by the Ministry of National Education, Early Childhood, and Sports (MENPS) and the Embassy of France in Morocco. It aims to support talented Moroccan students in their studies in France, offering a Social Coverage Scholarship (BCS) in addition to the merit scholarship granted by the MENPS.

Benefits and Funding

The BCS provides selected students with the status of a French government scholar, with the following benefits:

• Exemption from enrollment fees in French institutions under the MESR
• Exemption from differentiated fees for non-EU students
• Coverage of health insurance
• Visa fee waiver
• Reimbursement of Campus France application fees

Fields and Study Levels

This program is aimed at students in the following fields:

• Management, administration, finance, and commerce
• Engineering sciences

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must:

• Be a Moroccan national
• Be enrolled in the 2nd year of CPGE (Preparatory Class for Engineering Schools) in France or Morocco during the academic year 2024-2025
• Be admitted for the year, under the 2025-2026 academic year, to a French Business or Engineering School
• Be a recipient of the merit scholarship from the Ministry of National Education, Early Childhood, and Sports (MENPS)

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted on the www.ecpge.ac.ma website simultaneously with applications for the MENPS merit scholarship.

Selection Process

The Franco-Moroccan selection committee will evaluate candidates based on their eligibility criteria and application files.
