Program description:
For young and especially highly qualified scientists of any discipline.
Objectives of the program:
- Promotion of scientific work at leading foreign research institutions;
- Gaining experience abroad during the postdoc-phase facilitation of access to new scientific areas, methods, procedures and techniques so as to contribute - following return to Austria - to the further development of science in Austria.
Amount/Benefits:
From 45,000 to 62,000 € per year (depending on the destination). For France: 49,300€.
Additional benefits: Travel expenses
Adjustment of the rate based on the researcher's (family) situation
Duration:
From 10 to 24 months.

- Completed doctoral studies
- Residence in Austria for at least 3 years within the last 10 years
- International scientific publications
- Invitation from a foreign research institution
- Possibility of returning to Austria after the mobility period
