  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the International Student Award, you will need to:
  • Be a citizen from Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Vietnam.
  • Applying to the University of Western Australia as an international student on an Australian student visa
  • Studying an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course offered by the University and published in the UWA Handbook
  • Enrolled to study a full-time course load

Offered Benefits

Each successful scholar will receive an award amount of up to AUD 20,000 at the University of Western Australia.

Application Process

  • How to Apply: To being enlisted in the programme, aspirants have to take admission in the undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme. To apply for the International Student Award, email with the title ‘UWA International Student Award’ with your UWA student ID.
  • Supporting Documents: Submit the previous degree transcripts, passport of copy, and other relevant documents.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must have a previous degree certificate with remarkable results.
  • Language Requirement: You will need to meet the English language requirements of the University to be eligible for a place.
