Enrolment status: Future UQ student, Current UQ student
Student type: Domestic

Scholarship focus: Accommodation, Financial hardship
Scholarship value: $10,000 per annum (subject to the annual distribution from the relevant fund and may be more or less in some years) towards accommodation fees
Scholarship duration: 1 year

Eligibility:

You're eligible if you:

  • are a domestic student
  • are enrolled full-time in an Approved Program
  • are a resident at an Approved Accommodation Provider
  • can demonstrate financial hardship by providing documentary evidence.

Selection criteria:

The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial hardship. 

Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • received the UQ Accommodation Scholarship in the year prior to the year of award
  • First in Family.
