To reduce the burden of the cost of education in Malaysia for deserving students, the Methodist College Kuala Lampur has launched the merit awards for international students for the academic year 2021-2022.

The financial aid positions will be extended to students on the basis of their academic performance. Students from all overseas regions can apply and win RM 5,000 towards the tuition fee of the second semester of the programme undertaken.

Methodist College Kuala Lampur is a private college in Malaysia established in 1983. It ranks 162nd nationwide. MCKL seeks to produce quality students who will transform into respectable role models for generations to come. It provides a purposeful learning experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All foreign students are eligible to apply.
  • Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply for Pre-University, ADTP Programmes, and diploma programmes at MCKL.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
  • The applicants must be enrolled in a full-time programme.

Offered Benefits

MCKL will provide the selected applicants a sum of RM 5,000 semester two onwards to cover the expense of their study.

  • How to Apply: The students need to send an inquiry on the university website to apply. The applicants are required to fill the application form.
  • Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
  • Certified True Copy of Examination Results
  • Admission Requirements: The applicants must be below the age of 25.
  • Language Requirement: The students must be fluent in the English language.
