Eligibility Criteria for Canada Graduate Research Scholarships Doctoral (CGRS D) Program 2026:
- Be enrolled or intending to enroll in a doctoral program at an eligible Canadian institution.
- Be either:
- A Canadian citizen,
- A Canadian permanent resident, or
- An international student (new eligibility under CGRS D).
- Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and research potential.
- Meet the admission requirements of the doctoral program.
- Submit all official transcripts and required documents.
Value of Canada Graduate Research Scholarships Doctoral (CGRS D) Program 2026:
$40,000 per year for three years.
