Description of the program:
The call for applications is open to researchers from research laboratories attached to higher education institutions or research organizations.

A project manager should be designated as coordinator (on the Thai side, all Thai researchers affiliated to research organizations under the supervision of MHESI are eligible);

- A schedule for implementing the work;
- A detailed budget that must show, as realistically and in detail as possible, the expected financial contributions from each partner or beneficiary according to the nature of the expenses;
- An official authorization specifying the commitment of each partner institution.
Partners will have to submit the same project in France and Thailand. On the French side, proposals must be submitted by the French project manager online on www.campusfrance.org/fr/siam. An English version of the same project must be submitted by the Thai project manager to the Thai Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).
