Eligibility:

You're eligible if: 

  • are a domestic student 
  • are enrolled full-time in an Approved Program in the Relevant Field 
  • have completed 28 - 43 units
  • do not hold a scholarship that the Associate Dean considers to be similar.

Approved Program 

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) 
  • an engineering dual program 

Relevant Field 

  • Electrical Engineering 
  • Mechanical Engineering 
  • Mechatronic Engineering 
  • Software Engineering 

Selection criteria:

We'll consider: 

  • academic achievement 
  • strength of interest in relevant field 
  • strength of personal and leadership qualities, and community service achievements

About this scholarship:

Established in 2025 by a gift from the Andrew Ward Education and Research Fund in memory of Andrew Ward, founder of IntelliDesign. Mr Andrew Ward was a Harvard University-educated engineer and a great supported and mentor of early career engineers. The Scholarship is generously supported by IntelliDesign’s leadership team, together with Andrew’s family and friends.
