The Brunel University’s Department of Neuroscience is offering a fully funded PhD studentship focused on Mechanisms of Interoception and Stress in Medically Unexplained Symptoms.
Eligible candidates must hold a master’s degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Neuroimaging, or a related field and demonstrate a keen interest in researching Medically Unexplained Symptoms. Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Neuroscience, Psychology, Neuroimaging, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm for researching Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUS) and interoceptive mechanisms.
- Possess excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, particularly in MRI, EEG, and ECG methodologies.
- Be self-funded or have alternative financial support, as this position is available for Home, EU, and International students.
