The MENA Scholarship Programme in the Netherlands offers professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region the opportunity to undertake short courses at leading Dutch educational institutions. Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the scholarship equips professionals with advanced skills and knowledge to contribute to sustainable development in their home countries.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a citizen and resident of a participating MENA country.
  • Must be living and working in the country of citizenship at the time of application.
  • Employer’s statement (Nuffic format required).
  • Passport valid for at least 3 months after submission.
  • Government statement required (if applicable).
  • Must be 45 years old or younger.
  • Cannot have received more than one MSP scholarship for simultaneously occurring courses.


Application:

Applicants must first select a relevant short course at a recognized Dutch institution. They must apply separately for both the course and the scholarship.
