Eligibility for Olivia James Traveling Fellowship:
- Olivia James Traveling Fellowship is open to US nationals.
- Candidates must be members of the AIA for at least two consecutive years at the time of application.
- Applicants involved in dissertation research will be preferred for the Olivia James Traveling Fellowship.
- Candidates who received their Ph.D. within five years of the application deadline will be given preference.
- Applicants must not hold other major fellowships during the requested tenure of the Olivia James Award.
- Candidates applying for the Olivia James Traveling Fellowship are required to submit a report on the use of the stipend to the Chair of the AIA Fellowships Committee after the completion of the fellowship.
Value of Olivia James Traveling Fellowship:
The successful applicants for the Olivia James Traveling Fellowship will receive an award of $26,000.
