CHRISTINE S. CARTER Scholarship Fund
Expenditures will be used to provide scholarship support for students, the scholarship will be awarded to qualified applicants based on the following criteria (i) Preference will be given to students who serve as caregivers in some capacity; (ii) Recipients must be in good standing with the university; (iii) Recipients must demonstrate financial need. Interested students, currently enrolled at MSU in a degree granting program should submit a complete application including proof of income, previous semester transcripts, a letter of validating community service (or letter from a college administrator), and a one-page personal statement of why you feel you are deserving of this award.
