Finnish Language Skills Scholarships for International Students at SAMK University of Applied Sciences, Finland

To recognize the academic achievements of students, the Satakunta University of Applied Sciences is announcing the Finnish Language Skills Scholarships in Finland for the academic year 2021-2022.

The sponsorship will be awarded to non-EU students who wish to undertake any bachelor’s or master’s degree programme.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Countries: Non-EU
• Eligible Course or Subjects: All bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes offered by the university are eligible.
• Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
• The applicants must be citizens of non-EU
• The applicants must be enrolled in the university.

Offered Benefits

The selected students will be provided 1,500 € to 3,000 € towards their tuition fee and cost of the study for the first academic year at SAMK. 

Application Process

• How to Apply: The applicants are required to apply for their course of choice online. The students who will successfully enroll and be accepted will be considered for this application .
• Supporting Documents: The following documents are required to be submitted:
• A photo
• Motivation Letter
• Transcript of records
• Copy of your passport
• Admission Requirements: The applicants must hold high academic records in previous years of education and submit all demanded documents to be accepted.
• Language Requirements: The applicants are required to be proficient in the Finnish language. They must know the basic skills (level A2) of the Finnish language.
