Scholarship value: $5,000 per annum (subject to the annual distribution from the relevant fund and may be more or less in some years) towards accommodation fees

Eligibility:

You're eligible if you are or will be:

  • a domestic student in accordance with the University’s Fee Policy;
  • enrolled full-time in an Approved Program; 
  • a resident at Duchesne College;

and can demonstrate financial hardship by providing documentary evidence.

Selection criteria:

Preference will be given to applicants who are from a Regional, Rural or Remote Area of Queensland.

About this scholarship:

Established in 2023 by Christine McDonald OAM under the Create Change Scholarship Match Initiative the annual distributions of the endowment support students experiencing financial hardship with the cost of residential fees at Duchesne College.
