Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Countries: All
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: All subjects offered by the university
  • Admissible Criteria:
    • Applicants must be applying for Fall admission to an on-campus program as full-time freshmen, transfers, or graduate students, or be new Spring/Summer admits.
    • Demonstrated financial need and submission of FAFSA or Dream Act application.
    • Strong community awareness and active participation in community service.

Offered Benefits

The Topping Scholarship provides financial assistance to selected students, renewable annually, contingent upon meeting scholarship requirements. These include maintaining a minimum USC cumulative grade point average of 2.5 for undergraduate Scholars and 3.0 for graduate Fellows, full-time enrollment, attendance at all NTSAF required events, and completion of 20 hours of community service per semester.

Application Process

Prospective students must complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the online application form, including autobiographical questions.
  2. Submit one letter of recommendation from a chosen recommender, either through the online portal or via email to .
  3. Ensure all components are submitted by the specified deadlines:
    • First-year Applicants: Due by March 1
    • Transfer & Graduate Applicants: Due by June 1
