Edraak offers a free online course on “Time and Stress Management” which includes some important principles about time management. This course is part of the Success Skills and Self-improvement Specialization, which helps the learner to have a better understanding of principles of time management and be in control of life events, in order to increase productivity and achieve well-being in life. Additionally, the course offers skills and competencies to overcome time wasters and guidelines to do the most important things, hence experience true sense of achievement, whether in school or at work or in life generally. The course comprises the following topics:

[2] Sense of urgency & the value of moving now.
[3] Effective planning. [4] Prioritizing & using the daily schedule effectively.
[5] Defining obstacles to productivity & dealing radically with them.
[6] Stress management & reaching well-being in life.

About the course's teachers: This course will be given by Dr. Suhail Jouaneh who leads learning & development at Better Business in Amman Jordan. Motivated, personable executive coach and business facilitator, he is accustomed to handling difficult senior management cases through coaching and business counseling. And Razan Hanania who is currently the Learning & Development Accounts Manager at Better Business. She is highly committed to high standards of Human Resource management that has contributed significantly to exploiting organizational productivity while playing key role in ensuring the achievement of company-wide objectives.
