Eligibility:

You're eligible if you: 

  • are an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
  • are a domestic student in accordance with the University's Fee Policy
  • can demonstrate financial hardship 
  • are enrolled in the Approved Program in the semester of the award. 

Selection criteria:

We'll consider: 

  • demonstrated financial need
  • personal qualities, including leadership potential 
  • academic ability 
  • strength of personal statement included with the application
  • any other matter which may be deemed relevant to your future academic success. 

About this scholarship:

Holding Redlich wishes to support scholarships for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, with a preference for those studying law and experiencing financial hardship to create greater positive impact for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students aspiring to study at UQ for generations to come.
