Jeremy C. Swiatek Memorial Scholarship

1) Scholarship selection criteria
a. The Undergraduate Beta Delta E-Board must certify an applying Brother is in good standing, including but not limited to no standards or J-board sanctions, not on academic probation, and no delinquent dues. The Undergraduate E-Board must certify the applying Brother has lived in the house, be currently living in the house, or has signed a lease to live in the house the following year.
b. The Scholarship may be awarded to the same awardee more than once, however, it may not be presented to the same awardee on consecutive years.
c. The Beta Delta Alumni Chapter E-board must interview all applicants who are certified as passing the criteria laid out above.
d. After interviewing the prospective scholarship recipients, the Beta Delta Alumni Chapter E-Board will write a letter of recommendation for each of the approved candidates to Michigan State University.
e. Applicants must then submit the letter of recommendation from the Beta Delta Alumni E-Board with their application to Michigan State University.
f. Michigan State University has final decision on who is awarded the Scholarship once the endowment has matured.
