The Eugene J. Wilczak Endowed Scholarship in Business
Description: This endowed scholarship is In Memory of Eugene J. Wilczak who graduated from Michigan State University in December 1952 from the College of Business. Eugene served in the U.S. Army from 1944-46. In 1948 he decided to attend MSU, becoming the first in his family to earn a degree in higher education. His parents, who immigrated to Michigan from Poland understood that a college education would secure better jobs and a better future for their son and encouraged him. Eugene worked for Chrysler Corporation for 36 years, retiring in 1987. Mr. Wilczak died in 2004. He would be proud to know he is helping others receive the opportunity given to him – being educated at Michigan State University.
Criteria: Undergraduate Broad admitted student; academic achievement. Per donor agreement, priority consideration to students demonstrating financial need.
