Eligibilities
Intern candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an aviation discipline, have a competitive GPA, and be in good academic standing with your university
An intern must possess excellent communication skills, be able to process complicated issues quickly, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Due to the technical nature of some projects, interns must demonstrate a competency in skills that include, but are not limited to, simulator tours, the collection and analysis of flight planning data, reading and summarizing new regulations, and the ability to quickly relate to the advanced jet environment
A viable candidate should be actively engaged in a student organization and in their community
They should also have a private pilot certificate and have approximately 150+ hours of total time. The ideal candidate should also have a Certified Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI), or be working towards obtaining a CFI
An intern will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
