About this scholarship:

The Toc H Award in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at The University of Queensland was established in 2008.

Toc H (Talbot House) first started in the First World War in Belgium as a refuge for the soldiers going to and from the front line. Today, it is a worldwide movement that undertakes projects for the aged, the lonely, disadvantaged children and others in need in the community.

Toc H funds are intended to assist international students or students from rural or remote areas with the cost of equipment, materials, and other study-related items to reduce the impact of relocating to study.
