Eligibility:

You’re eligible if you:

  • are an international student from Malaysia
  • are enrolled in an approved program 
  • can demonstrate temporary and unexpected financial hardship.

Approved Program

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Master of Engineering
  • engineering dual program.

  • your financial circumstances
  • any other matter the selection committee considers relevant for your future academic success.

About this scholarship:

The purpose of the Roger and Sue Wong Engineering Fund is to support current Malaysian engineering students who face sudden, unexpected and acute financial difficulties during their time at UQ.
