Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships for International Students
Honoring the memory of Major-General Georges P. Vanier, Canada's first French-speaking Governor-General, the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship Program (Vanier CGS) helps Canadian institutions attract highly qualified doctoral students.
The scholarships amount to $ 50,000 per year for three years during doctoral studies.
Applications are assessed and selected based on the following three criteria, which are given equal weight:
Academic excellence
Research potential
Leadership skills (potential and demonstrated)
