The main concerns of countries where basic human rights are not provided and access to justice is difficult is to live or protect their lives. Of course, good economies can ensure this, but without equal human rights and access, the number of beneficiaries will decrease. In order to keep the countries with different cultural characteristics together, the European Solidarity Union then started to support the works to be determined and projected by non-governmental organizations in order to increase access. The most important thing here is to disseminate and share the outputs and increase the number of beneficiaries above the determined one.
