Volunteering in Yerevan: Child Support Centre ZATIK (HUJ) 2024

The center provides two services: Day care services and full-time day care (the children are staying at home). It is working with: children in the street; child baggers; children exposed to violence, left without general education, with behavioral disorders etc. The Center has a multidisciplinary team (social workers, psychologists, social pedagogues, lawyer, doctors) The task for the volunteer will be all activities with children between 5 and 15: Organize leisure time activities, give German lessons (informal), help the children with homework, organize workshops to promote the creativy of the children. The project's main goal is to provide educational activities and to help them to get prepared for the independent life, to help them in their everyday tasks etc. !!
