Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a Cambodian student from a Cambodian university or school.
• Hold a bachelor's degree at the time of departure for France.
• Have a strong command and practical knowledge of the French language (DELF/DALF or TCF certification preferred).
• Possess an academic project aligned with Master's or Doctorate studies.
• Initiate the registration process on the Etudes en France platform for a selected French university or school.
• Be applying in one of the priority fields of study under the French-Cambodian cooperation agreement.
• Have a professional project in Cambodia upon completion of their studies.
• Hold an agreement from the hierarchy for civil servants (if applicable).

How to apply

For the 2024-2025 campaign, candidates must:

1. Download their application file from www.cambodge.campusfrance.org, in the "BOURSES DU GOUVERNEMENT FRANÇAIS 2024-2025 - APPEL À CANDIDATURES / CALL FOR APPLICATIONS" section.
2. Submit the application file to campusfrance@institutfrancais-cambodge.com.

Selection process
