After reviewing an application, the program team determines whether the Foundation or Practitioner version is the appropriate level. The Foundation track introduces essential customer experience principles, different CX frameworks and a customer-centric mindset. The Practitioner track focuses on applying tools and techniques to CX scenarios, mapping customer journeys and using CX design to drive meaningful change.

Across the program, participants study CX fundamentals, relevant frameworks and scenarios, customer mindsets through real-world examples, journey mapping and experience design. The training emphasizes practical learning and instruction from experienced industry professionals, with insights tailored to the Saudi business environment and Vision 2030 goals.

Participants who successfully complete their program and its relevant assessment receive an Alfaisal certificate and a CPD certificate. The skills covered are intended to support career development in sales, marketing and customer service, including roles such as customer service representative, account manager and CX manager.

Who Should Apply

It is intended for people who are new to customer experience as well as experienced professionals seeking to extend their knowledge. No degree or certificate is required. Foundation applicants do not need prior experience, while the Practitioner track expects a basic-to-intermediate understanding of CX.

Enrollment and Refund Policy

To enroll, applicants complete the online registration form, submit the required documents and pay the application fee. They then receive an acceptance notification and confirm their enrollment. If the Executive Education & Development Center cancels a program for reasons beyond its control, participants receive a full refund of fees paid. Applicants will be given at least two weeks’ notice, or notice as applicable.

For participant cancellations, a full refund is available if the request is emailed to the Executive Education Center at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. A request made at least 10 days before the start date receives a 75% refund. No refund is available for requests made fewer than 10 days before the program starts or after it has begun. Participants who miss some or all of the training are also not eligible for a refund.
