Possibilité de rejoindre une Bourse

En ce qui concerne la Bourse d'étude au Japon niveau mastère ( Initiative ABE ) publiée sur votre site, je veut demander si j'ai la possibilité de rejoindre cette bourse tenant compte que je suis titulaire d'une licence en technologie de l'informatique spécialité Multimédia et développement web de l'Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologique de Sousse et que je suis en cours de terminer ma 2ème année comme un étudiant de mastère professionnel Génie Logiciel et Développement rapide des applications au sein de la même institut.
